Kawika Uilani Mitchell (born October 10, 1979 in Winter Springs, Florida) is a National Football League linebacker for the New York Giants. He was drafted in 2003 by the Kansas City Chiefs out of the University of South Florida.
On March 26, 2007, he agreed to a one year, $1 million deal with the New York Giants. Although playing all of his career at middle linebacker, he will play outside linebacker at the strongside alongside Giants Pro Bowl MLB Antonio Pierce.

Mitchell attended Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Florida, and as a senior, he was named a first team All-Florida pick, and the Class 6A Player of the Year, and finished his senior season with 110 tackles on defense, and 41 rushing attempts for 225 yards with an average of 5.5 yards, and 5 touchdowns on offense.
