Kawal is a village in Muzaffar Nagar of Uttar Pradesh in northern India. It is is located at 29.33° N 77.85° E. It has an average elevation of 232 metres (761 feet). Its population is around 8000. It has many beautiful lakes. There are many temples in the village but there is very famous Jaina Temple. Its structure is grand. Its height is more than 200 feet. It has 5 kg golden top. The village is a heritage site of Sayyid rulers of Delhi. Monuments of their times are the witness of historical importance of the village. Bhanwar Singh and Jabar Singh are two very popular personalities in the village. The are the grandsons of Shri kaluram Thekedar who was a freedom fighter and big landlord also. They run sops in the village. Bhanwar Singh is going to be married very soon. His engagement ceremony took place on 25th March. It was an auspicious occasion. Now his marriage ceremony will take place on 30th April.
