Kavilumpara

Kavilumpara is a beautiful village, at North-East part of Kozhikode district, Kerala state. It share border with Wayanad District. This village is part of Sahya parvatham (Western Ghats). Kavilumpara is mainly agriculture based.

Major part of the village are covered by mountains. A good percentage of this village is covered with reserved forest. Several rivers originates from this village. For example, the origin of famous Kuttiadi puzha is in this village.

There are two high schools in this village. A.J.J.M.H.S Chattengottunada and P.T.Chacko Memorial High School, Kunduthodu .
