Author is an Indian government agency, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and supplied to promote its product of which this is an image. Both articles describe this item and its development, and this undersized, low-resolution image is a fair use to illustrate the item. Diligent searching has turned up no public domain example to date.
