[edit] Wiki-Hurricane Stop

Just so you know, I deleted the above page. It didn't have any actual content, so I didn't see that it was on its way to becoming an encyclopedia article. Depending on where you were trying to go with this, it's possible that an article could be made, but "Wiki-Hurricane Stop" is not a good name for an article in any way that I can see.
