Cambridge University (Homerton College) graduate Katy Suzanne Davies (born 8 June 1982 in Ashford, Middlesex) was the youngest candidate to run in the 2005 General Election, standing for the UK Independence Party in the New Forest East Constituency, gaining 5.2% of the total votes cast. She is also the youngest female candidate to ever stand. Her formal career in politics began as Political Assistant to Nigel Farage, MEP.

Katy was the Higher Education Funding officer and leader of the Funding and Access Campaign Team of the Cambridge University Students' Union from 2002 - 2004. She sat on the Higher Education National Committee of the National Union of Students from 2003-2004. She was an advisor to MEPs for the UK Independence Party from 2004 - 2006.

Katy Davies is the eldest daughter of Kenneth and Susan Davies, and sister to Sophie. She was educated at Davison High School for Girls and consequently at Our Lady of Sion School in Worthing, West Sussex. She was chosen as the English-Speaking Union Outstanding Personality in the 1998 South East England Public Speaking Competition.

Katy Davies married Adam Morgan on March 16 2006. Her married name is Katy Morgan-Davies. Katy Morgan-Davies is currently residing in Indiana, USA with her husband.
