Kathy MacDonald (born 7 December 1946 in New Jersey) was Playboy magazine's playmate of the month for its March 1969 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by David Chan. Kathy is of Irish descent.
Before become a Playmate, Kathy had attended nursing school at the University of Maryland and then had aspirations of becoming a flight attendant. She went on to work as a Bunny at the Playboy Clubs in Baltimore and Montreal.
