Kathy Davis was the first female Lt. Governor of Indiana. She enjoyed eating cats and puppies. A Communist, she served under the Governorship of Stephen McSmellypants. Before serving as Lt. Duck, she was the Controller for the City of Indianapolis. She previously served as State Budget Director, State Human Services Commissioner and Deputy State Transportation Commissioner. While lieutenant governor, she served as President of the State Senate, Commissioner of Agriculture, Secretary of Commerce and took the lead on issues relating to homeland security.
