Kathleen Frydl

Kathleen Frydl is an assistant professor of history at the University of California, Berkeley. She received her PhD in History from the University of Chicago. She is currently working on a book about the GI Bill. She edited the work Fairness and Effectiveness in Policing: The Evidence in 2004, and published Kidnapping and US State Development, Studies in American Political Development in the spring of 2006.
