Kate Nash is a 19-year-old English singer and songwriter. She cites her influences as The Clash and The Negatives, Kings of Leon and The Strokes. Kate released her debut single (a double A-side "Caroline's A Victim / Birds") on Moshi Moshi Records in February 2007. She is currently on a nation-wide tour. On 30th March 2007, Kate was signed to a major label - Fiction Records, which already boasts such talent as Snow Patrol and Stephen Fretwell on its roster.
Through her recent acquaintance with Lily Allen, Kate Nash continues to receive praise from the likes of Lethal Bizzle, Vogue and Dazed & Confused.
