Katherine Anne Brown Alano (born July 9, 1985), called Kat Alano, is an Anglo-Filipino model, actress and television presenter in the Philippines.

Kat Alano has an English mother and a Filipino father, and was born in England. She was educated at Gresham's School, Norfolk, England, and at the German Swiss International School, Hong Kong. She lived in Birmingham, England, then in Hong Kong, and now in Batangas.
