Kasim Hazil is a character in Konami's role playing game Genso Suikoden. He is a war veteran who has helped Barbarossa Rugner during the Succession War. He then continued to serve Scarlet Moon Empire as one of the Five Great Generals but then joined Tir McDohl and fights against Barbarossa in order to convince him to stop fighting.
