Kash Karib is a fictional character in the Channel 4 drama Shameless, in which he is played by Chris Bisson. His wife is Yvonne Karib, with whom he has 2 children. However, Kash is actually gay and had an affair with his under age employee Ian Gallagher. Bisson left the series in early 2006 after complaining about the lack of his character's involvement. However, he agreed to return to the programme later that year when filming began on the fourth series.
