Karthik Raja

Karthik Raja (Tamil: கார்த்திக் ராஜா) is one of the youngest film music composer from India. He is also the eldest son of the famous composer Ilayaraaja. He made his debut as music composer in the Tamil movie, Alexander. He has also worked with renowned Indian filmakers and producers including Amithabh Bachchan, Mani Ratnam, Jackie Shroff, Ajay Devgan, K.Balachander amongst others.

Film-fare award for the "Best new Talent" in 1998 and R.D.Burman award for the Film "Grahan" in Hindi. Best New Music for the movie "Alexander" in Tamil Starring Vijay Kanth Best Music award for the Movie "Dum Dum Dum" Produced by one of the Best directors in India Mr.Mani Ratnam.
