Karoline Herfurth (born 22 May 1984) is a German actress.

She is well known for her appearance in Das Parfum, adapted from the best seller of Patrick Süskind and directed by Tom Tykwer, where she plays "The Girl With the Plums", the first victim of Jean-Baptiste Grenouille. She co-starred with Dustin Hoffman, Ben Whishaw, Alan Rickman, Rachel Hurd-Wood and Jessica Schwarz, an other German actress.

Previously, Karoline Herfurth played in German productions as "Girls on Top" (Mädchen Mädchen 1 & 2) and Ein Andere Liga.
