Karl von der Heyden was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Aramark Corporation, PanAmSat Corporation, New York Stock Exchange Group, and Dreamworks Animation. He graduated from Duke University with an A.B. in 1962.
