Karl-Freedrich Haas (born 28 July 1931) was a German athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.

He competed for Germany in the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the bronze medal with his team mates Hans Geister, Günther Steines and Heinz Ulzheimer. Four years later he competed in the the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia and won a silver in the individual 400 metres
