The Mazari Sub-Clan Family Karamzai is a part of Mazari Tribe. They left Rojhan in 1896 and migrated to Kot Karam Khan, which was in State of Bahawalpur (currently now in Distt Rahimyar Khan) in Punjab province. There they established a small village which was turned into a small town. The persons who left Rojhan-Mazari for some unfavoured conditions were:

Sardar karam Khan the second(died in 1900)

sardar Gul Mohammed Khan(b.1864-d.Sep 1920)

Sardar Fouj Ali Khan(d.29 sep 1929)

Sardar Mannu Khan (b.1860-d.1925)

sardar Noor ahmed khan Mazari(d.1943)

After migration, the family contacted the ruler of Bahwalpur H.H Nawab Sadiq Mohammed Khan the 4th for residential help. With the support of Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Fareed, the Karamzai's got huge amount of lands in district Rahim Yar Khan, which consisted of 800 hundred of squares of land. Got mouzas of Moran,Adam-Sahaba,Dukki, Partialiy Chandrami, partialy Begar-Garhi in Tehsil Sadiq abad.Kot karam khan in tehsil Rahim Yar khan.Also were share holders in Mouza shirin,Mouza rajanpur,And Mouza jind wada dahir. some of respectables refuse to leave rojhan-mazari and their asendents are living in rojhan.

Some of Important persons of karamzai family in kot karam khan were:

Sardar sadiq mohammed Khan mazari 1896-1980 : claimed as first karamzai baby born in kot karam khan village.Was the first chairman of Union counsil was eleted in in 1961.

Sardar Alamgir khan 1907-29 dec 1973 : Give political visions to peoples of karamzai family when first time contested against giganitic Makhdoomzada Hassan mahmood on MLA seat.

Sardar Lufullah khan 1945-2002 :well reputed officer and former deputy director of anti corruption establishment in Multan.Died as district attorney Multan.was the first Karamzai to be graduate.

sardar Minhaj khan 1944-1988 : well respected person in area whom death pushed back karamzai family 50 years back.

sardar Zameer khan 1950-25 mar 2006 :Most favuorite personality in karamzai family died when serving Assistant food controller in Rahim Yar Khan.

Sadar Maqsoom khan: Former president of All Sindh suzuki association and former general secretary of sindh labour organizations.

Now a days Kot Karam Khan is a union council and the present Nazim is Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan Mazari. Contested Two times and won both turns.

The Karamzai family holds a great respect In area politically,socially among the other neighbouring peoples.
