Karaghul

Karaghul (Arabic:كرغول ; literally meaning "the dark lake" in Turkish) are a family inabiting the North Caucasus region. The Karaghuls are mainly found in North-Western Daghestan and Kabardino-Balkaraia Repubic. Many of the Karaghul family fled the Russo-Caucasian wars and setteled in the Ottoman Empire. Today, After the break of the Ottoman Empire, the Karaghul's live in different provinces in Turkey such as Eskishehir and some in Iraq and Syria.
