Kapiti Coast United

Kapiti Coast United is a soccer club in New Zealand. Their home ground is Weka Park in Raumati Beach on the Kapiti Coast. The club was formed by a merger of the Kapiti Hearts and Paraparaumu United. The Kapiti Hearts, also known as the Raumati Hearts, were formed in 1960 and were named after Heart of Midlothian F.C., an Edinburgh soccer team commonly known as Hearts. Waikanae's soccer team was invited to join the merger but declined.
