I don't think this segment is objective at all. It's a fanbase subjective opinion. I've removed it from the article:

"The most popular fanon love intrests for Kaidoh are the two persons who seem closer to him in the team: his rival Momoshiro and his mentor Inui. His characterization quite differs depending on who is he paired up with, tending to be much more submissive with Inui than with Momoshiro (mostly influence of the yaoi doujinshii about the series, which tend to portray Kaidoh as much softer than he really is)."
