Kao Chih-kang (高志綱 b. February 7, 1981 in Taichung, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese baseball player (position: catcher) who currently plays for the Uni-President Lions of Chinese Professional Baseball League. He is widely considered as one of the best Taiwanese catchers of his generation, and is a member of the Taiwan national baseball team in the 2004 Olympics and 2006 World Baseball Classic.

Kao is best known for hitting the Game winning RBI in the Chinese Taipei versus South Korea match in the 2003 Asian Baseball Championship series. This victory qualified the Chinese Taipei national baseball team for the 2004 Olympics.
