Kanpur Institute of Technology

Kanpur Institute of Technology is an engineering institute in Kanpur, India.

It was started by Indus Technical Education Society in 2004, with a vision of to create an ambience of excellence, inspiring values, imparting education, research and development.

The institute is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University.

The institute provides B.Tech. degree in four streams namely (1)Computer Science & Engineering (2) Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (3) Mechanical Engineering and (4) Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

The institute is situtated in sprawling 25 acres area in Rooma Industrial Area in Kanpur.
