Kaniva is a town in Victoria, Australia. It is located on the Western Highway, north of Little Desert National Park, in the West Wimmera Shire local government area. At the 2001 census, Kaniva had a population of 721. [1] The town is commonly used as a rest point for those travelling to Adelaide.
