On Febraury 9th 2006, Cap Gemini SA one of the world's leading Consulting Organization has acquired Kanbay on all cash basis.
As per the last available information Kanbay will be integrated into Cap Gemini's FSI business unit.

Kanbay's is governed by their GEC members (global executive council). Since CAP GEMINI's (CG) take over all of them report to Kanbay' cofounder Raymond Spencer who is now CG's FSI unit head of NA,UK and India.
