Kamisu, Ibaraki

Kamisu (神栖市; -shi) is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.

Kamisu was a town but proclaimed city on August 1, 2005, when it merged with the town of Hasaki from Kashima District.

As of October 31, 2005, the city has an estimated population of 92,504 and a density of 628 persons per km². The total area is 147.26 km².
