Kamila Skolimowska (born 4 November 1982 in Warsaw) is a Polish hammer thrower. Skolimowska first made herself known at age fifteen, when she won the event at the 1997 Junior European Championships, and later repeated the accomplishment at the 1999 competition.

At the 2000 Summer Olympics she won a gold medal in the hammer throw. At the 2002 European Championships in Athletics she placed second in the event behind Olga Kuzenkova of Russia. In the final round of the hammer throw at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens she recorded a season best of 72.57 metres, placing 5th overall in the event.
