Literally "Tool of God", from the Japanese words Kami (God) and Dogu (Tool).

The objects that Shujinko have to find in the Konquest mode of Mortal Kombat: Deception to open the portals to the realms of Mortal Kombat (Earthrealm, Outworld, Netherealm, Orderrealm, Chaosrealm and Edenia), placing them on the altar of the Elder Gods in the Nexus. They are also the weapons the Elder Gods used millennia ago to shatter the consciousness of the One Being and create all of reality. It is said that, if the six pieces of the Kamidogu are brought together and merged with the power of Shinnok's amulet, all of reality will collapse upon itself as it reasserts itself as the body and consciousness of the One Being.

• In one arena, featured in Deception and up to Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, the Dragon King's Temple has the six kamidogu dispersed in a six-pointed star, each on a scaly claw upright. If a player walks in it, the kamidogu is destroyed, and the opponent is brought to the ground and temporarily exposed to any attack.
• In Konquest mode of Deception, Shujinko is ordered to search the realms for the kamidogu and return them to the Nexus.
