Kamenka, Penza Oblast

Kamenka (Russian: Ка́менка) is a town in Penza Oblast, Russia, located on the Atmis River (Oka's tributary) some 80 km west of Penza. Population: 40,400 (2005 est.); 40,712 (2002 Census); 30,000 (1970).

Kamenka was founded in the 18th century and granted a town status in 1951.
