Kamen Rider Scissors (仮面ライダーシザース, Kamen Raidā Shizāsu^?) is a fictional character in the tokusatsu production Kamen Rider Ryuki. He is third of the 13 Kamen Riders the story revolves around. His true identity is Masahi Sudou and is portrayed by Takeshi Kimura.

• Turned Scissors' right hand into a huge pincer.

Guard Vent (2,000 Guard Points) - Shell Defense

• A shield.

Final Vent (4,000 Attack Points) - Scissors Attack

• An aerial spinning attack from Scissors using Volcancer's claws as springboards.
