Kallur is a small town in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh state in India. It lies 45 kilometers north of Chittoor and 10 kilometers south of Pileru. It is an economic center for the many villages surrounding it. The town has a high percentage of Muslims who coexist peacefully along with their Hindu neighbors.
