Kallstoemia is a genus of plants in the Zygophyllaceae (Caltrop) family with about 40 species. The flower and fruit morphology is similar to Tribulus. The convex fruits separate into ca. 10 nutlets each with one seed. The genus is named after an obscure contemporary of Giovanni Antonio Scopoli.
