The Kalgoorlie Miner (commonly nicknamed The Miner) is a daily newspaper produced for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the Goldfields-Esperance region. It is published Monday to Saturday by Hocking & Co. Pty Ltd in Kalgoorlie and printed by Colourpress Pty Ltd in East Victoria Park, Perth. The West Australian and The Kalgoorlie Miner are the only two newspapers in Western Australia produced daily. It is also part of the West Australian Regional Newspaper network [1].

The Kalgoorlie Miner is sold at the following locations:

Coolgardie, Esperance, Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Kambalda, Leonora, Laverton, Leinster, Menzies, Norseman, Southern Cross and various locations in and around Perth.

Out of the entire Kalgoorlie Goldfields 18+ population, 88% of people read the paper, and 96% are unpromptly aware of it.

On average, 5746 copies of the Kalgoorlie Miner are sold daily, with 8000+ sold on Saturdays.
