Kaldi

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

According to legend, Kaldi was the Ethiopian goatherder who discovered the coffee plant. He found his goats' temperaments to be greatly excited after feasting on the ripe red cherries of a small tree that grew on the side of a mountain (they had become dancing goats).

In modern times, "Kaldi Coffee" or "Kaldi's Coffee" is a popular name for coffee shops and coffee roasting companies around the world.[1]
