Kalbas is a Saint Lucian band led by Alison Marquis and Monty Maxwell, who have been long-term performers at the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival. Their style incorporates elements of Lucian folk music, African drumming, and musics from elsewhere in the Caribbean.
