  • On the English-language Wikipedia ([1]), hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation ([2]),

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use and Wikipedia:Copyrights.

To the uploader: this tag is not a sufficient claim of fair use. You must also include the source of the work, all available copyright information, and a detailed fair use rationale.

Source: I got this image from: http://68.166.141.187/musicart/art/h/kaleidoplex.jpg The image comes from the inventor's site. License: This device is patented and I assume it is copyrighted. I don't believe this image could be used to build a kaleidoplex, and even if it could, the design of the kaleidoplex is protected by U.S. Patent 4,077,706. The image is being used only for informational purposes. Basically it is hard to imagine what the device looks like so this image is intended as an aid.

Help me out here - what exactly is the problem? There is a rationale. -JimmycurN 23:50, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
