Kaitlin Olson (born August 18, 1975) is an actress best known for playing Deandra "Dee" Reynolds on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Born in Portland, Oregon, she attended the University of Oregon where she majored in theater and discovered her passion to become an actress. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting professionally. She was a part of the famed improvisational group the Groundlings.[1] She made minor guest appearances in films and TV series such as Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Drew Carey Show. In 2006, she was cast as Deandra Reynolds in the FX sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
She made a guest appearance as the "one-armed" neighbor Hartley Underwood in the FX series The Riches, March 19, 2007.
