This is a public school logo. The U.S. Dept. of Education oversees all public schools receiving federal funds as this school does. Receiving funds from a federal agency does not mean the school is run by the agency, or the employees works for the DOE. They are paid at the state level which means it was not a work of the US Federal Government. --MECU≈talk 20:03, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

Okay, then, with all due respect, why don't you help me instead of making this a guessing game? I work at Kaiser. I know that this image was created by a public school employee in the line of their official duties. Which license does it get?
