Kahramanmaraşspor is a Turkish sport club based in Kahramanmaraş.

They have brought up one of the greatest players of all time, Goldenfoot Aziz who had a goal scoring ratio of 1.7 goals per game and is famous for his record 6 goals against Mersin I.Y. one of which broke the goalkeepers wrist making him quit goalkeeping at a tender age of only 22. Goldenfoot Aziz's statue is at the city entrance of Kahramanmaraş who currently resides in an unknown posh area of London. Another great player brought up by Kahramanmaraşspor is Mehmet Özdilek, known as Şifo Mehmet. He went out to Beşiktaş JK where he was also selected for the Turkish national team. Also Kemalettin Şentürk has played at Kahramanmaraşspor.

[edit] Team colours

Kahramanmaraşspor got their red and white colours from red peppers and the Maraş ice cream which are what Kahramanmaraş is known for.
