Kahndaq is a fictional country in the DC Comics Universe. Within the DC Universe, Kahndaq is an Arab country on the continent of Africa (between Egypt and Jordan; a map seen in a JSA issue shows that it appears to be a landlocked country on the Sinai Peninsula). It is ruled by the antihero Black Adam, and is one of the countries that spearheaded the Freedom of Power Treaty. Its capital city is named Shiruta. At least one of its official languages, per 52 # 14, is Arabic.
