[edit] Notability

In order to keep from being nominated for deletion, this article needs more references on why this band is notable. Have they sold thousands of albums? Received any awards? Been written up in major press? Please review Wikipedia:Notability (music). --Elonka 04:53, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

They're signed to Hopeless/Sub City, tour constantly in the United States and Canada, have a new album on the way on Sub City with two others already released through Hopeless, receive coverage on popular and influential sites such as punknews.org and absolutepunk.net...there's no way this band DOESN'T meet the criteria for notability. They're a band on an indie label! The criteria Elonka cites would result in half the bands covered here losing their profiles; indie bands don't typically move thousands of units or receive nationwide coverage, but they do draw crowds at shows...and while the write-up on them is pretty inadequate, Kaddisfly is an interesting enough band to warrant an entry. --historypeats 10 August 2006
