This image, "Image:Kadishgallery.jpg" is used in the article "Age of D'ni " although it is subject to copyright. I (Bisco) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution screenshot of a computer game and does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the game in any way;
copies of the screenshot could not be used to make illegal copies of the game or game artwork;
the screenshot is significant because it is used to illustrate the game in the article above.

A screenshot from the computer game Uru: Ages Beyond Myst showing the inside of the Kadish gallery located on the island Ae'gura. The images in this gallery are keys for solving the puzzles in the Kadish Tolesa Age.

Uploaded version of 21 October 2006: this picture was taken by me, (Bisco) in the computer game expansion Uru: Ages Beyond Myst - To D'ni, with the fictional in-game camera D'ni KI. I have increased the brightness and color depth with HP picture editor version P.1. Copyright holder remains Cyan Worlds. Licensing as fair use. --Bisco 20:02, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
