KabineKlar, located in Kelsterbach, Germany, is the German trade union for flight attendants.

It represents all German flight attendants with German airlines. It was founded because the former flight-attendant-union Unabhängige Flugbegleiter Organisation (UFO) became unable to sign collective agreements due to illegal behaviour by its leaders and an illegal election for the executive committee of that union. Former activists of UFO created the new trade union "KabineKlar" (literally "cabin ready".) The executive committee of KabineKlar consists of five persons:

  • Christoph Drescher, president
  • Anne Struck
  • Volker Schmidt-Juelicher
  • Astrid Witgenfeld
  • Markus Konstantin Beyer.
