On October 31, 1989 the FCC issued a contruction permit bearing the call sign K68DL to Western Washington Corp. of The Seventh Day Adventists. In 1991 K68DL signed on the air broadcasting the 3ABN Network. On March 23, 1993 K68DL was sold to Three Angels Broadcasting Network Inc., the owners of 3ABN.
