K48BL is a low-power Class A television station licensed to both Terrebonne and Bend, Oregon, broadcasting locally in analog on UHF channel 48 as an affiliate of America One. The station is owned by Rodney S. Johnson.

On March 7, 1986 the FCC issued a construction permit to Rodney S. Johnson to build K48BL. On October 25, 1986 "Channel 48" signed on the air, broadcasting locally originated programming. This included: city council meetings, local special events, farm information, community programming, public access, public affairs, specials, news, sports, weather, variety shows, logging & lumber, music videos & art profiles. Later, Country Music Videos became a large part of programming in the 1990's.
