K.T. Li

Kwoh-Ting Li (1909-2001), a government official of the Republic of China, advisor to presidents and is credited with sheparding Taiwan from an economy reliant on light industry to high technology. Li was educated at National Central University of Taiwan and studied at Cambridge University. He has been honored with the naming of several chaired professorships at United States universities including Stanford[1] and Harvard.
