K.H. Muniyappa (born 7 March 1948) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Kolar constituency of Karnataka and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is also The Union Minister of state for surface transport in the present Congress Regime. His party was sworn in on May 22 2004.
