The K-1 World Grand Prix 1996 was a kickboxing tournament held by the K-1 organization in two parts, on March 10, 1996 and May 06, 1996. It was won by Andy Hug.

- This win marks the first of three appearances by Andy Hug in the WGP finals. As of 2006 Hug is the only K-1 fighter to appear in the finals of the WGP three consecutive times (winning only this one).
