Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP (a.k.a. K&L Gates) is a major United States law firm with over 1400 attorneys worldwide. It was formed on January 1, 2007, by the merger of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham with Preston Gates & Ellis.
