[edit] Image on Anchor Blue Clothing Company page
Hi. I noticed you're attempting to link images to the Anchor Blue Clothing Company page. I recommend having a look at the Wikipedia:Uploading images pages for general image guidelines and then you can go to Special:Upload to actually upload the photofile to Wikipedia and then link it to the page.
Once you upload the file and want to put it into the article, on a simple page, it's generally acceptable to have the image on the top right. To do this, in the article edit page, place the image with the following template on the very top of the edit page:
[[Image:Example.jpg|thumb|right|Example image caption.]]
If you're unsure of how the page will look when editing, click "Show preview" and you'll see it without it being saved. I've avoided showing the world many embarassing mistakes this way. There are many other details and tweeks you can do, but I'm sure you'll get familiar with them as you go along. Good luck! --Marriedtofilm 00:34, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Anchor blue.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Anchor blue.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:04, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
